The prices are per apartment per week and include the usage of the dishes, bedsheets, towels, heat, garage and cleaning.
The town tax of € 1,75 per night is to be paid for every guest over the age of 14.
Children under 6 years old receive a 80% discount.

Refund policies
If you cancel your booking the following refund policies come into effect:
Until 31 days before arrival: 100% refund
From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% refund
From 14 days before arrival: 0% refund
If you leave earlier than expected you still have to pay the full amount.
